Every business is different, so every plan is too. What doesn't change is how it goes: a dated plan first, something real early, and progress you can see every week.
We sit with the people doing the work and watch it happen. Then you get one plan in writing: what we'll build, what we'll leave out, the price, and a date for every piece. Nothing gets built until you've signed it.
One monthly fee. Changes come with it.
- 1One monthly fee, no seats.In year one it also covers the build and the launch. After that it drops to the base fee for hosting, support and fixes. Add people as you grow; the price doesn't climb.
- 2Half the base fee comes back as credits.Every month you get build credits worth half your base fee. Ask for a change and you see its cost in credits before we start. Most small asks are simply covered.
- 3Bigger work, quoted separately.New pieces like a customer portal don't come out of credits. They're quoted in dollars as their own project and agreed before anything starts. Bugs never cost credits, and nothing is billed by the hour.
